Scott Ritter is one of the voices that echos Russia's talking points with Col. Douglas Macgregor, Judge Napolitano, Redacted, Stephen Gardner, and other. He has argued multiple times that Ukraine cannot win the Russia Ukraine war, while refusing to call the war anything but a special military operation.
