Here where I live in the Altrincham Hale Halebarns area of Trafford, I am told that a proposed planning application for a Jewish Eruv a physical religious boundary is imminent.
So I took a trip to see the Manchester Jewish Eruv, and I was astonished to see the size and the scale of these poles that are in places just feet away from peoples homes and properties, standing out like a sore thumb and so much "private" street clutter .
We should be bringing down walls, and fences, not building them.

Just observations
Multi-Cultural area exist. All Faiths
Need to bring down walls and fences, not build them
This is to form a Jewish Enclave
The physical structure will be seen as religious symbols
Who will be responsible for maintenance is permission is granted?
Who will be responsible for the annual public liability cost?
Need to enhance community cohesion
Any part of this in the conversation area?
