Mowguella Braverman warns of ‘hurricane of migrants’ coming to UK

Suella Braverman has warned of a “hurricane” of millions of migrants coming to Britain in a hardline speech to the Conservative party conference.

The home secretary said politicians had been “far too squeamish of being smeared as racists” to reduce levels of immigration in the past.

Braverman warned of millions wanting to come to the UK and said there were “far more people in poorer countries who would love to move to Britain than could ever be accommodated”.
