Why does everything need a PERMISSION SLIP?

Life is an arrangement/contract we never signed up for or consented to, and yet the prison planet wants us to ask for permission do everything. In order to do anything of value on this planet, you need to get permission slips from a bunch of different people first, or face consequences. There is a double standard when it comes to the nature of consent in this realm. Our consent is trampled upon, but the consent of people in authority is somehow sacred.
