Pancake, or pannari, is a common dessert in Finland, especially on Thursdays after split pea soup lunch. Here I show how to make traditional Finnish pancake dessert with strawberry jam and a whipped vanilla quark.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 liter whole milk
1 dl melted butter
5 1/2 dl AP flour
1 tbls sugar
1 tsp salt
