Carl Jung discusses the stages of life, in regard to consciousness and the problems that arise with consciousness. Jung likens human life to the trek of the sun, climbing from the east horizon to its zenith (high noon), and descending towards the west until finally setting. As per usual, Jung’s insight is timeless and highly applicable to today’s world.
