The UK housing market crash has begun, but just how BIG will the UK house price crash be in 2022 and 2023?

The UK property market has seen UK house prices in 2022 rise to all time high levels, however, this housing bubble is about to burst!

People are no longer asking whether house prices will fall, instead, they are asking how much will house prices drop in 2022.

The UK housing market will CRASH in 2022 unless the UK government intervenes or there is a sudden unexpected change in the global economic outlook.

The combination of inflation, the energy crisis, and the increase in mortgage payments will likely overwhelm the housing market.

We are already seeing house prices increase in other countries as interest rates rise worldwide.

The Bank of England has already indicated that they will increase interest rates in their next meeting, this will send mortgage costs even higher.
