When city govt is ignorant of and/or ignores the law -- Most egregious behavior occurred in Ramapo, NY on LONG ISLAND AUDIT, with Sean Paul Reyes: "I strongly believe in exercising our First (and Fourth) Amendment rights in a respectful manner. We are striving for real transparency and accountability from public officials. Law enforcement officers took an oath to our constitution, and the majority of them take it very seriously. Local officials, police, security, correctional officers, and many other forms of authority from all over the country support my mission. I personally support law enforcement and its service to this great country."

POLICE PERMITTED TO DETAIN ONLY when a crime has been committed otherwise, it's unlawful. File a report if this happens.
