La Cour européenne des droits de l'homme: instrument de dictature Le 15 octobre, la Cour européenne des droits de l’homme a « donné raison » à Dogu Perinçek, le « négationniste » turc du génocide arménien. Certains ont vu dans cet arrêt la possibilité que cette Cour autorise, logiquement, la contestation de « l’Holocauste ». Dans cette vidéo, j’analyse cet arrêt du 15 octobre (que je me suis procuré) et je démontre qu’au contraire, il prohibe toute libre expression lorsqu’il s’agit de la Shoah. Ma conclusion est toujours la même: il ne sert à rien d’invoquer l’article 10 de la Convention européenne de sauvegarde des Droits de l’homme (art. qui devrait garantir la liberté d’expression) pour prétendre libérer la parole. La Justice a tout verrouillé…

The European Court of Human Rights Instrument of dictators In October 2015, the European Court of Human Rights "vindicated" Dogu Perinçek, the Turkish "negationist" of the Armenian genocide. Some, using logic, saw in that judgment the possibility that this Court would authorizes the questioning about the "Holocaust." In this video, I analyze this judgment of Oct. 15 (which I have) and I say that on the contrary, it prohibits any free speech when it comes to the Holocaust. My conclusion is always the same: it is useless to invoke Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights (an Article which should preserve freedom of speech) to claim free speech.
