is this Attempted Murder by nhs nurse ??

from what i gather, Woman attempts to get Nurse to repeat her claim " the patient is unconcious.. 0:20 Nurse replies "I have nothing further to say"..
The argument here is the woman is claiming the nurse was going to ( or has already ) given an injection to a person unconcious. When the Nurse knew the patient was asleep and NOT unconcious because a few miinutes earlier, the patient in the bed was awake.
It is not legal to administer drugs to a patient without a patients consent. Obviously that rule does not apply if the patient is incapable of making that decision.
