I guess one hand didn't know what the other hand was writing when it came down to the Holocaust story - they didn't coordinate - just kind of 'make it up as they go along', REGARDLESS of the facts, the physics, the chemistry, the math. Whenever you read or hear something that causes you to say, "... wait a minute, you just said/showed ...." DISCONTINUITY, INCONSISTENCY.
