Guerre fantôme : la vente d'Alstom à General Electric est un documentaire de 52mn réalisé par David Gendreau et Alexandre Leraître et produit par Tribann Productions (ex-Along Production). Il a été diffusé par la chaîne LCP en 2017 et déclenché une Commission d'enquête parlementaire.

Synopsis :
24 avril 2014, le gouvernement français apprend par surprise la vente de la branche énergie d’Alstom à l'américain General Electric, soit les trois quarts du groupe. Après deux mois d’intense bataille politique, le ministre Arnaud Montebourg arrive à trouver un accord qui sauve les intérêts français.

Pourtant, des zones d’ombre subsistent : arrestations aux Etats-Unis, affaires de corruption et conflits d’intérêts ont scellé un accord qui n’est pas si clair que cela. Et c’est finalement l’indépendance énergétique et militaire de la France qui pourrait être remise en question.
