If they're capable of this, what else are they capable of...

Cloud seeding is a weather modification technique used to enhance precipitation by dispersing substances into the atmosphere that encourage cloud droplets to form and grow. Commonly used seeding agents include silver iodide, potassium iodide, and dry ice, which act as nuclei for moisture to condense around. This process can help increase rainfall or snowfall in areas experiencing drought or to manage water resources more effectively. Cloud seeding is also used to reduce the size of hailstones or to clear fog in specific conditions, such as around airports. While it has been practiced for decades, its effectiveness and environmental impact remain topics of scientific debate. Some studies show measurable increases in precipitation, while others find limited or inconsistent results. Despite the controversy, several countries, including China, the U.S., and the UAE, continue to invest in cloud seeding programs as part of their weather management strategies.
