For the privilege of being kept alive, well fed and medically cared for, the Jews received generous compensation, surviving was very popular back then, almost everyone did, but despite the fact that a minority of Jews died in Auschwitz and other camps, of Typhus old age etc, the majority of non Jewish victims is still awaiting benefits and commemorations, museums, stumble stones or world pity.
