George Gregan defends offensive messages about Jewish businessman

Rugby Union great George Gregan has defended sending Nazi imagery and other offensive messages about a Jewish businessman he was having a dispute with.

Mr Greganâ€™s lawyer has argued worse would have been said in a locker room.

On the first day of trials, the former Wallabies captain was â€œtight-lipped,â€ according to Sky News senior reporter Caroline Marcus.

It comes after Sky News exclusively revealed the explosive conversations between Mr Gregan and Matthew Dixon â€“ a former NSW Waratahs player â€“ about Alexander Goldberg from PTP Fitness.

George Gregan and Matthew Dixon are also counter suing Alexander Goldberg, claiming he breached his directorial duties.
