Circuit Judge Terence Perkins said Depa showed no remorse and noted the violence of the attack and his violent history

Everyone has seen the video, Perkins said. “It captures the senseless, extreme violence in a very troubling way”

Depa will receive credit for approximately 17.5 months served in jail
