Un voyage dans le monde souterrain de la traite des êtres humains, où les enfants - dès la naissance -sont utilisés tant pour la prostitution que le prélèvement d'organes. Vega rencontre une future mère qui a l'intention de vendre son enfant à naître, il tente de l'en dissuader, puis nous explique les mécanismes de ce commerce effarant, en interviewant ceux qui le pratiquent. un film dont on ne sort pas indemne.
