There is a line a person can cross in which they cannot be saved due to rejecting the God too many times. There can come a point in your life where you have rejected the God for the last time and God will reject you causing you to never be able to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation.

2 Corinthians 6:2
For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.

Are you 100% sure if you were to die today you would go to Heaven?
