Le 18 juillet 2020 lors de la premiÃ¨re journÃ©e du port du masque obligatoire dans les endroits publics au QuÃ©bec, 2 policiers sans mÃªme faire mention d'une amende immobilisent violemment un client dans un Tim Hortons. MalgrÃ© la prÃ©sence des autres clients et des employÃ©s lors de cette altercation, les policiers visiblement incapables d'immobiliser le citoyen dÃ©cident pour y parvenir d'utiliser du " poivre de Cayenne " Ã l'intÃ©rieur mÃªme du commerce, faisant du mÃªme coup plusieurs victimes Ã la fois. Lorsque les policiers rÃ©ussissent enfin Ã maintenir le client par terre, un troisiÃ¨me policier qui ne portait pourtant pas de masque dÃ©cide de faire Ã©ruption....
