Disinfo agents claim that Hitler and NSDAP disarmed Germans, when they actually loosened gun laws.

BTW, many people get their panties in a twist about the word, "Nazi." The term "Nazi" is derived from the first two syllables of the word "National" in German, pronounced "Nah-tsee-oh-nahl." The first syllable "Na-" and the second syllable "-zi" combine to form "Nazi," closely reflecting its spoken form. Dr. Joseph Goebbels used the term in his 1926 pamphlet Der Nazi-Sozi, which explained the ideology of National Socialism. The term "Nazi" is neither a combination of "National" and "Zionism." It is similar to calling a communist a "commie." Initially, it was not derogatory; negative associations developed later as the NSDAP's actions became widely condemned.
