Quebec Under the Influence focuses on prescription drug use, seeking answers to such important questions as: why do Quebecers swallow so many pills? Who is responsible for such a dramatic increase in prescription drug consumption in Quebec? Why do patients need pills like pills seem to need patients? Has our society become this sick?
