VANDAL - Vices (Lyrics Video)

Published on Jan 31, 2026
Vices confronts the ongoing migrant crisis across Europe and America through the lens of accountability, responsibility, and cultural fracture. It’s about the frustration of watching nations strain under the weight of failures imported from elsewhere, while those who stayed, built, and bled are lectured by those who fled their own collapse.
It speaks to borders, backbone, and the hypocrisy of abandoning one’s home only to dictate the rules of another.
Raw, unapologetic, and unfiltered — Vices is a refusal to be backseat-driven into ruin.

Lyrics

[Verse]
Now you come crawling to my land
A fighting aged man
You call it “hope,” I call it fear —
A refugee from your own mirror.
You left your home in shame,
You ran away from the flames
Now you shift the blame

[Chorus]
Instead of fighting, you cowards run,
For a place of refuge and protection.
You come lining up at our doors —
This time we’ll slam it,
And leave you all to your own vices.

[Verse]
We fought and bled to hold our ground,
You packed your bags without a sound.
Now you sit in my home
Trying to tell me I’m wrong
You don’t see me running to your door.

[Breakdown]
You want to speak? Then earn your voice.
You want to speak? Then earn your voice.
They don’t want to bleed, and make that choice.
You had a home — you let it die.
Now you’re here, asking why.

[Chorus]
Instead of fighting, you cowards run,
For a place of refuge and protection.
You come lining up at our doors —
This time we’ll slam it,
And leave you all to your own vices.

Leave you all to your own vices.
