YouTube have very strict guidelines regarding â€˜hate speechâ€™ and they are swift to remove videos which violate their policies on this subject. However, for three days a video featuring Professor Brittney Cooper has been allowed to remain which calls for active steps to be taken to achieve the extinction of one particular ethnicity.
