Peel Regional Police arrest and charge 18 suspects in Project Outsource targeting and criminal organization involved in the tow truck industry and related to violence and extortion in the South Asian community. In total 18 people were arrested, 97 charges laid towards a criminal organization, 4.2 million in high-end cars and 18 tow trucks from the Certified Roadside and Humble Roadside tow trucks companies, plus six weapons including a crossbow, ammunition, police body armour and 45,000 in cash
