La Covid-19 n’a pas, à ce jour, frappé aussi durement l'Afrique qu'on le croyait au départ, mais elle soulève pas moins des enjeux majeurs, notamment en raison de la pauvreté. Jean-Frédéric Légaré-Tremblay aborde le cas malgache avec Juvence Ramasy, maître de conférence à l’Université de Toamasina, à Madagascar.
En collaboration avec Zoé Teinturier, doctorante à l'IEP de Bordeaux et doctorante invitée à l'UdeM.
