'Trump stands as a convicted felon': Judge orders Jan 10 sentencing of Trump in hush money case

While Trump will not face jail time for the conviction in his New York "hush money" case, by sentencing Trump this Friday, Judge Merchan will trigger Donald Trump's appellate rights, making him the first former U.S. President to be a convicted felon.
