Steven Seagal talking about the Olenivka Massacre, in which 53 Ukrainian POWs were killed.
He says:
1. Ukraine did it in a HIMARS strike
2. The Ukrainian POWs were Nazis
3. Zelensky ordered the strike because the prisoners started talking.
