In response to the attack on the U.S. Capitol and in an effort to address the overall increase in domestic terrorism, while protecting civil liberties, ADL announces the PROTECT Plan: https://www.adl.org/ProtectPlanFactSheet

The document states "state law enforcement should report suspicious white supremacist behavior to the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center to determine whether a suspect is on the terrorist watch list".
