Is Satan Really "The God of This World?"

People always say that "the god of this world" in 2 Corinthians 4:4 refers to Satan. However, there is no evidence to support this claim, and ὁ θεὸς always refers to God, and not Satan, in the bible. Satan doesn't need to blind the minds of unbelievers. They are already unbelievers to begin with. God seals them for destruction as a form of judgement. God is sovereign. Satan is a little punk awaiting destruction, used to punish the wicked.
Who created Satan?
Who kicked Satan out of heaven?
Who let Satan out of the abyss?
Who gives Satan a short time to deceive the unbelievers?
Who is going to destroy Satan?
