*** KERRVILLE, Texas (AP) — The death toll from catastrophic flooding in Texas over the July Fourth weekend surpassed 100 on Monday as search-and-rescue teams continued to wade into swollen rivers and use heavy equipment to untangle trees as part of the massive search for missing people. Authorities overseeing the search for flood victims said they will wait to address questions about weather warnings and why some summer camps did not evacuate ahead of the flooding that killed at least 104. The officials spoke only hours after the operators of Camp Mystic, a century-old all-girls Christian summer camp in the Texas Hill Country, announced that they lost 27 campers and counselors to the floodwaters. Kerr County officials said Monday 10 campers and one counselor have still not been found.

Today, July 7th, 2025, the police went to my brother's home in Tutzing Germany and took him away in handcuffs. He is in a police cell tonight at Fürstenfeldbruck, Germany, the same place I spent my first night after being arrested in 2018. Tomorrow he will be brought to jail, not sure yet which one, possibly Stadelheim in Munich, the same one where he was first imprisoned in 2018, while I was in the women's prison next door. What brought this on? A brief synopsis: There was a "friends of Alfred Schaefer" gathering on 2024 April 27 in Augsburg, where Alfred was going to speak, Sylvia Stolz was also there to speak, and quite a few attendees were gathered. Just when they were about to begin, a large number of police vehicles appeared, and out poured about 100 officers, to storm the peaceful gathering. The police pulled each and every individual out from the group, interrogating, searching, etc. This went on for hours. At the end of the day, everyone went home, bodies and possessions intact. Nobody was arrested and no items were stolen / seized / confiscated. Nearly a year later, Alfred received one of those yellow envelopes in the mail, which he recognized even before opening as coming from the state prosecutor. He had received quite a few of those yellow envelopes by then. This one was a court summons to answer to the charges being laid in relation to the aforementioned event [...]
