1992 - Agenda 21 is signed at the Earth Summit by 178 world leaders, including New World Order President George H. W. Bush - He then brought it back to Washington, DC (The District of Columbia) Called The MUNICIPAL UNITED STATES CORPORATION as a soft law:
1993 - President Bill Clinton signs Executive Order 12852, which established the President’s Council on Sustainable Development - That gave it more power and control:
2011 - President Barack Obama signs Executive Order 13575, which established the White House Rural Council - That gave it all the power it needed for Washington, DC (The District of Columbia Inc.) and the 501(c) (3) MUNICIPAL UNITED STATES CORPORATION - Both the Republican Corporation and Democrat Corporations are in on this - There is really only one power controlling the world
