The Nigerian Air Force announced that it's investigating an alleged report that over 20 army personnel were attacked by an Air Force coordinated airstrike in Mainok, Maiduguri, after they were mistaken for Boko Haram terrorists.

Over 5,000 people have been displaced following an attack on a community by the Boko Haram insurgents over the weekend
