"After a week-long investigation, which included consulting with the York County District Attorney’s Office, the York City Police Department decided not to press charges on the owner of Asian Best. The investigation concluded that the incident was a “justifiable homicide,” FOX45 News reported.

The incident occurred along North Penn Street shortly before 7 p.m. on Jan. 4, when the suspect attempted to rob the restaurant at gunpoint, NextShark previously reported. The owner of Asian Best then shot and killed the man, later identified as 33-year-old Rickey Cox Jr. from Manchester Township."
