Good information about this false relic of Judaism (if it were part of the temple, it could not exist).

Matthew 24:2:
"Do you see all these things? Truly I tell you, not one stone will be left here upon another that will not be thrown down."
Mark 13:2:
"Do you see these great buildings? Truly I tell you, not one stone will be left here upon another that will not be thrown down."
Luke 21:6:
"As for what you see here, the time will come when not one stone will be left upon another that will not be thrown down."
John 2:19:
"Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up."

These verses, particularly in Matthew, Mark, and Luke, describe the destruction of the Temple as part of the events leading up to the end of the age. The prophecy in John 2:19, while also about the destruction of the Temple, is interpreted by many Christians as referring to Jesus's own body, which would be destroyed and raised up in three days.
