Please subscribe and visit BaguaInternalArts.com - At the time of filming, COVID-19 has much of the world practicing social distancing to slow the spread of the virus. Here is a Daoyin exercise that can easily be done at home to strengthen the lungs, boost immunity and build respiratory health.
Daoyin is an ancient form of Chinese exercise that opens and purges the body. This Daoyin exercise strengthens the lungs, mobilizes the ribs and diaphragm, raises immunity, and increases respiratory health.
My name is Garth Reynolds, founder of Bagua Internal Arts. I practice traditional Chinese medicine and teach internal arts. We train in arts such as Baguazhang, Xinyi Liuhe Quan, Taijiquan, Qigong, and Daoyin. Our philosophy is health first martial arts with an eye for restorative practices that we can practice for the rest of our life.
