Agenda 21 is one of the major tools that the New World Order is going to use to establish this one world system. It was put together at Rio DeJaniero at the â€œEarth Summitâ€ and was published in 1993. Agenda 21 was originally called â€œSustainable Developmentâ€ and was promoted as a solution to humanity. At the meeting, there were 178 nations that signed the document and George H.W. Bush signed for the United States. Bill Clinton would later sign an executive order stating that every state and community in America must comply with the plans of Agenda 21.
