Hundreds of people gathered in Baghdad to celebrate the Iraqi Parliament's passing of law criminalising relations with Israel on Thursday.

The law is called "Criminalizing Normalization and Establishment of Relations with the Zionist Entity" and was passed unanimously in the parliament on Thursday.
According to the law, any kinds of normalization of ties or relations with Israel will result in the death penalty or life imprisonment punishment.
