I like your reasoning, if this is indeed your own work and not a repost of someone else's to whom you gave no credit. First thing is to repeal Hart/Cellar and close the borders, plus deport everything that doesn't belong here. Then we can get control of the violence, and begin the reeducation necessary, along with stopping all the vaccines for the white population, at the very least.
