Stocks tumbled Wednesday as fears about the stability of banks grow now that two U.S. institutions have failed and a major European bank is in trouble. CBS News anchors Lana Zak and Elaine Quijano spoke with correspondent Elaine Cobbe and Phil Angelides, former chair of the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission, about the situation.
