"It’s official! Wisconsin students for generations will be taught the lessons of the Holocaust and other genocides to ensure “Never Again” for all Wisconsinites. Watch the replay of this historical moment.

“This [legislation] will create an atmosphere for uniting and not dividing."
- Governor Tony Evers

We are so grateful to Gov. Tony Evers for signing this bill — bipartisan and unanimously approved — into law. This historic legislation was the result of a great effort by amazing partners including the Milwaukee Jewish Federation and its Jewish Community Relations Council, and the Nathan & Esther Pelz Holocaust Education Resource Center. Thank you to these partners as well as thank you to all Wisconsin legislators, the Wisconsin Jewish Conference and the support from our community for making this historic moment possible. Thank you to Jewish Museum Milwaukee for hosting this momentous occasion."
